I have also seen a black triangular craft over my old neighborhood about 5 years ago. At first I thought it was a plane, but after it flew overhead (It was still dark, early morning) I could make out the distinctive equilateral triangle shape. It was like no craft I have ever seen in the sky. It made no noise and made my friend and me look at each other and say "what the *bleep* was that?" It looked eerily similar to the belgium triangles, but the lights were in a different pattern. Also I must note that these lights were by far the brightest I have ever seen on an airborne craft.

I've had an independant source in the Airforce tell me that the TR-3B Astra is real and that it is the real designation, my source is part of Space Command and flies the F-16C Block 30.
Reason the source told me was because I was involved in government abduction and I may put my self at risk for revealing as much as I did.
Other sources and to a degree my self knows that the TR-3B is faster than light and that it needs to jump having to stop for a period of time before it can travel again at this speed.
I also know that 1st Special Forces Detachment Delta uses TR-3B's for deep black operations which I have been involved in and i'm still suffering from the consequences of that, this was before I joined the US Army.
The TR-3B is the triangle sighted all over the world and cover projects are the Aurora and the Stealth Blimp to create plausible deniability.
I will not reveal my sources because it will put that individual at risk and their carreer and it may put my own life at risk.

Dear God..... Here is how you can tell something is an ultra black program. As Cyberian has so eloquently, purely, clearly, and realistically put it, an "ultra black" program would be something equivalent to reaching the ability of changing the planet's orbit or bending time. Not things we see as rational or achievable as a people from our history. A "black" program is something much, much more realistic and attainable from our current technological mastery. The F-20? Nice airplane. But it wasn't super-capable by any means. The Tigershark did a hell of a job of taking a 20 year old airframe, adding a new engine, new avionics, and some new capabilities and doing so at a price advantage. This was a warm-over of the F-5 from the 1960s which was designed as it's day NA-50 as a cheap airplane to sell to friendly if poor countries. The F-20 failed because the F-16 that it competed against offered quite a bit more in technological advance combined with equal or better performance at similar or slightly more cost. Imagine having the choice of a 1998 Mustang, with today's motor, against an '08 Mustang for only $5000 more. What are you gonna do? The F-20 was a nice airplane but Northrop was looking to build a budget aircraft while GD's F-16 was looking to provide the greatest tech at a marginal price increase........and GD won. Lockheed is still winning to this day.

Good story man. I won't be one of those hardcore Inconvenient Truth forum'ers asking for proof, but this is an idea which is gaining strength among the conspiracy community. These triangles are probably tested by the very best pilots in the world. A secondary conspiracy thread could be " where do they get the pilots ?" I'd tell the OP to check for all the routine crashes and accidents that took off valuable pilots out the radar. This is probably the way they get the pilots. Without family would be a +
My 2c.

Yes We walk in similar interest circles it seems. As far as I can tell tt all stems from the book. People picked it up and ran with it - its an aviation Urban Legend (unlike some things!). Even Janes have distanced themselved from it, because although he worked (still works?) for them it's all theoretics and no substance.

Ties to Lockheed with this stuff come from the Tier-3 (see the similarity) Darkstar project, which was black, and has since been cancelled. DarkstarTR3 is a bastardisation of Tier 3. Be careful. People run a long way with a little information, especially on the internet, where any one can claim to be, and know, anything

I doubt there is an Ultra Black...i could just say there is an Ultra Ultra Black,Black ops are probably just split up into various sectors, plus i heard most presidents dont even know it exists..only a select few.How do they get the money if not even Presidents know about them? Maybe the pentagon losing 3 trillion $ went somewhat towards helping..

I have seen you've been taking some flak for this.. Jim Sparks actually talks about his experience and something similar to top level or "ultra black" projects as you put it.. I just think no one can know for sure.. unless they believe in a personal experience they've had with it and believe what they experienced.. im saying how would anyone know when the whole topic is debatable at best unless directly involved? "I don't know if its true or not.. just wanted to put it out there for your own interpretation" I took as you didnt 100% believe it.. just figured we'd enjoy hearing about it... Since I wont ever know for sure unless I somehow get involved in flying or designing/building some crazy aircrafts I will just enjoy what I read...
my opinion anyways...
